Badam Kheer Recipe

Ingredients – 1 cup almond flour mix, 5 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 2-3 green cardamoms (crushed), 1 tsp saffron, 2 tsp shredded almonds.

Preparation – Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup almond flour to make paste. Boil remaining milk until it become half; add almond paste, sugar, saffron, cardamom to the boiled milk. Simmer on low heat for 2-5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, chill and serve. Add shredded almonds before serving.

Cheese Ball

Ingredient – 4 cheese cube, 1 egg and 4 tbsp. almond flour mix.

Preparation – take cheese cube and cut into small pieces. Whisk 1 egg and take 4 tbsp. almond flour. Coat egg & then almond flour over cheese and deep fry. Yummy cheese balls are ready.

Pancake

Ingredient – 3 eggs, ½ cup milk, ½ tsp. vanilla, 1 cup almond flour/Badam powder mix.

Preparation – whisk egg and add milk, vanilla and almond flour. Whisk until you get bubble on the surface. Heat pan and grease with oil. Put 1-2 spoonful of batter and spread with a spoon. Cook on medium flame both the side.
