Keto Stuffed Parantha

Ingredients NutroActive Keto Atta, grated radish, ajwain, garam masala, chopped coriander, chili powder, pink salt (as per your taste) and oil.

Preparation  – Make a soft dough using warm water and keep it aside for 10 min. Grate raddish, add ajwain,chopped coriander, garam masala, salt and chili powder. Roll two chapatti, fill the stuff in between. Prepare stuffed paratha on medium flame. Serve hot.

Keto Ajwain Pooris

Ingredients – NutroActive Keto atta ajwain, pink salt, cooking oil

Preparation – Take NutroActive Keto Atta in a bowl. Add ajwain, pink salt and 1tbsp oil. Knead the dough of desired consistency and set aside for 5 mins. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the pooris from both sides. Serve Hot!!!

Keto Palak Cutlets

Ingredients –100g NutroActive Keto Atta, 80g fresh spinach, 10g peas, coriander, green chilli, 1 medium potato, pink salt

Preparation – In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 10g green peas, chopped spinach and pink salt. Cook for 3-4 min. until moisture is evaporated and it turns dry. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Grind this cooked mixture. Add mashed potato. Add all spices. Now add 100g Keto Atta and mix well. Take small portion from the mixture and flatten it in a tikki shape. Deep fry and Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Keto Atta Cake

Ingredients – 150g NutroActve Keto Atta, 2 eggs, 4-5 tsp desi ghee, stevia, ½ tsp baking powder, milk

Preparation – Take NutroActive Keto Atta in a bowl. Beat 2 eggs. Combine atta and eggs. Mix well. Add 4-5 tsp desi ghee, stevia or any other sweetner, 1/2 tsp baking powder. Add milk to get smooth batter. Grease the cake mould. Microwave for about 4-5 mint. Serve Hot!!!

Keto Halwa

Ingredients – 100gm NutroActive Keto Atta, 2tbsp desi ghee, stevia or any other zero carb sweetner, water

Preparation – Heat 2tbsp ghee in a kadhai. Add 100gm Keto atta. Stir for 3-4 mint and add ½ glass water. Add stevia or any other sweetner. Keep stirring till you get a halwa like consistency. Serve hot!!!

Keto Pan Cake

Ingredients – 100g NutroActive Keto Atta, 2 eggs, 4tsp butter, 2tsp stevia, milk, 1/2tsp baking powder, salt.

Preparation – Take NutroActive Keto Atta, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Whisk eggs, milk, stevia powder and melted butter in another bowl. Combine both and mix well. Preheat pan and cook pancakes from both sides on medium heat. Serve Hot!!!
