Chia seed is an edible seed comes from the desert plant salvia hispanica. Chia seed is native to south america and have been a staple mayan and aztec diet for centuries. Chia seed is considered as super food due to high amount of fiber, protein, omega 3 fatty acid, antioxidant and calcium. Chia seeds can be used as meal for weight reduction. Take 2 teaspoon chia seed and soak them in 100 ml water overnight. Add 10 pieces of almond and 5 pieces of nuts. Add 200 ml milk or butter milk as per taste. Add any of your favourite fruit just for a taste. Replace the dish with dinner and start losing weight.

Ingredients 10g Chia seeds, Condensed milk, fresh desiccated coconut, strawberries, stevia or Keto Sugar.

Preparation Take 10g chia seed and soak in 120ml water. Keep it for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a layer of gel forms. Take condensed milk, desiccated coconuts, strawberries and stevia or Keto Sugar. Blend them and mix with soaked chia seeds. Garnish with almonds and serve cold.

Spinach Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients 2 cups fresh spinach, 1 cup milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 leaf kale, 1 sliced frozen banana, 1-3 tsp stevia or Keto Sugar optional.
Preparation Soak chia seeds in 100ml of water in a bowl for 20 mins. Blend spinach, milk, peanut butter, soaked chia seeds, and kale together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth. Garnish with dry fruits and nuts. Serve!!!

Watermelon Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients 15g chia seeds, 1 Bowl seedless watermelon, 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, 1 lemon, 1-3 tsp stevia or Keto Sugar optional.
Preparation Mix together chia seeds and water in a large glass and allow to thicken for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until a gel forms. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add chia seeds and mix. Refrigerate for 15 mint and serve cold!!!
