Keto Bread Recipe

California Almond flour is a must ingredient for making keto breads.

Ingredients: 2 Eggs, 1 cup almond flour, half cup coconut flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup full cream milk, butter, sesame seeds.

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you have a consistency in the dough. Let dough sit for 8-10 minutes while you preheat your oven and prepare your mold. Preheat oven 395ºF. Transfer the mixture into buttered mold and top it with sesame seeds. Bake the bread for 30-40 minutes or until it’s lightly brown.

Badam Halwa

Ingredients – 1 cup almonds flour, 2 tsp ghee, 3 tsp sugar, half tsp saffron, half tsp cardamom powder.

Preparation: Roast Almond flour powder with ghee in a non-stick kadhai for 2-3 minutes, add ½ cup water and keep stirring on medium flame continuously. Add sugar, saffron, cardamom powder and mix well. Keep cooking until you get the desired halwa like consistency.

Paper Dosa

Ingredients – 2 tbsp. almond flour, 2 tbsp. shredded mozzarella cheese, 30 ml coconut milk, salt (as per taste) and cumin powder.

Preparation: Take almond flour powder and add shredded mozzarella cheese, coconut milk, salt and cumin powder to make a consistent batter. Cook the batter in a lightly oiled, non-stick frying pan on a medium flame. Once the sides begin to lift a bit from the pan, fold over and serve with the coconut chutney.
