Digestive Atta Kachori

Ingredients-

3 tbsp BrownXatta Digestive Atta, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil, ¼ cup water, ¼ cup chopped onion, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp red chili, 1 tsp mango powder, oil to deep fry.

Preparation-

Knead soft dough after mixing salt and oil. Let it be covered for 10 min. In a pan roast chopped onion, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and mix well and let it cool down for 10 min. Now roll the dough into small circle shape and wrap the filling into it. Deep fry on medium flame and serve hot with chutney.

Digestive Atta Cake

Ingredients-

3 cup BrownXatta digestive atta, 2 beaten eggs, 2 cup powdered sugar, 1 cup butter, 2 cup milk, 2 tsp baking soda.

Preparation –

In a bowl mix powdered sugar and butter together until light and fluffy. Add the beaten eggs and blend well. Take BrownXatta digestive atta and baking soda and mix well. Add this mixture to the egg mixture. Add milk if required. Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 min in a oven.

Digestive Atta Nuts Cookies

Ingredients-

2 cups brownXatta digestive atta, 4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp sugar, ¼ cup butter, ¼ cups nuts, 2 cups milk.

Preparation –

Combine brownXatta digestive atta, baking powder, sugar in a bowl. Add butter, milk and grinded nuts. Mix well. Knead the soft dough and cut it in cookie shape. Place it on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 min, until biscuits are lightly browned.
