Halwa

Ingredient – 2 tbsp. ghee, 1 cup BrownXatta, 2 tbsp. sugar, ½ glass water.

Preparation – Heat ghee and add BrownXatta to it. Fry till it turns golden brown. Add sugar and water; continue to stir so that no lumps are formed. Garnish with almond and cashew, and serve hot.

Stuff Paratha

Ingredients: BrownXatta, grated gobi, ajwain, garam masala, dhaniya, powder chili powder, salt (as per your taste) and oil for frying.

Preparation: Make a soft dough using warm water and keep it covered for 10 min. Grate Gobi add ginger, add ajwain, add dhaniya, add garam masala, add salt and chili powder. Prepare stuffed paratha on medium flame. Serve hot with masala curd.

Meetha Chilla

Ingredient – 3 tbsp. BrownXatta, 1/2 tbsp. sugar free, elaichi powder

Preparation: Take 3 tbsp. BrownXatta and half tsp. sugar free. Slowly pour in the water, keep whisking so that no lumps are formed. Add elaichi powder and mix well. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes. Prepare chilla using non stick pan and serve hot.
